Producers invited to join Nebraska Department of Agriculture’s new Sheep Directory

The Nebraska Department of Agriculture is restructuring its online Diversified Livestock Directory, which will include the addition of a sheep category. The Department of Agriculture contacted the Nebraska Sheep & Goat Producers for input and now offers all sheep producers the chance to add their farm’s listing to the directory, at no cost.

The directory is designed to introduce farms to potential customers and is available publicly on the Department of Agriculture website at www.agr.ne.gov/pub/apd/divlive.htm. (Note: the webpage will be undergoing a redesign to make it more user-friendly.)

If interested, complete the profile form available on the website (or click here) and return it to the Nebraska Department of Agriculture via the contact information on the form. For more information, contact Steve Martin at 800-422-6692 or steve.martin@nebraska.gov.
